The Simulmedia Account Management team’s key objective is to grow business through delight of prospective and existing customers. Attributes and actions key to an account manager’s success are clarity of communication, collaboration, coordination, listening, pattern-seeking, precision, preparedness, and translation.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, client service and/or media planning experience, either at a full-service or media agency, client or Internet technology company.
  • Expert-level knowledge of relationship management and the inner workings of advertiser/client relationships.
  • Track record of success in project management, relationship management and internal cross-functional pollination.
  • Comprehensive understanding of existing advertiser, agency and vendor relationships and models as well as audience targeting.
WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments and to manage multiple initiatives within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently to manage day-to-day ad operations, while also working with senior management to develop and implement strategic business priorities
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be prepared to offer strategic insight into agencies and advertisers’ businesses through listening to clients and sales people as well as through independent research.
  • Ensure that all outgoing materials are 100% accurate and articulate.
  • Prepare Capabilities presentations and Proposals.
  • Be prepared to attend client meetings and to present post campaign insights.
  • Communicate with clarity and precision the needs of our sales team to Business Operations.
  • Translate Business Operations outputs into clear, undeniable revenue generating (tactics) documents and talking points.
  • Coordinate day to day workload based on tight deadlines and limited resources.
