With over 10 years of product leadership spanning product and service organizations, he has taken complex B2B challenges from 0-to-1 and scaled them into products people actually want to use. Outside of work, Andrii mentors early-stage founders at Ideas Center UCU and leads the Product Community at Lviv IT Cluster to help develop a new generation of product builders.

Charity more people should know about: 1991 Charity Fund — run by friends who have dedicated themselves fully to Ukrainian victory.

Greatest personal accomplishment: Getting accepted into IE Business School's globally-ranked MBA program and graduating #1 out of 70 students — while living in Ukraine through a full-scale war.

The skill I have that might surprise people: I can dance. Four years of ballroom and another four of hip-hop gave me some moves I still put to use.

Favorite hobbies: Reading everything from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and How Brands Grow to The Mamba Mentality. Coffee, a good book, and music are my ideal way to spend a day.
