Mark Pinney is the Chief Financial Officer of Simulmedia. He previously held CFO positions at a number of leading marketing services, e-commerce, and B2B software companies. These include Vimeo, a digital video platform owned by IAC, Tremor Video, a digital video advertising and technology company, TACODA, an online advertising company that was acquired by AOL in 2007, and Real Media, an ad serving and online ad network later sold to WPP as part of 24/7 Real Media. After the sale of TACODA, Mark served as SVP, Business Planning at AOL.
Earlier, Mark served as VP, Private Transactions at Dillon Read & Co. and VP, Corporate Finance for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.
Mark is an engineering graduate from the University of Exeter, England, his MBA is from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and his Master’s degree in electrical engineering is from Columbia University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mark resides in New York City with his wife, Laura, and three daughters.
