Michelle Leo is the VP of Operational Excellence. She joined Simulmedia in 2013 after 5 years in magazine advertising at MediaMax Network and 2 years in the E-commerce space at LivingSocial. Starting as a Manager of Business Operations, Michelle mastered the intricate logistics of Video Activation - planning, executing and reporting Linear Television campaigns. Over the years, she found creative ways to scale operational efficiency, ultimately turning Simulmedia into a 24-hour global operation. Michelle currently manages three teams in three countries – US, Philippines, and Ukraine – and prides herself on finding creative solutions for Simulmedia’s internal and external stakeholders.
Michelle holds BA in Mass Communication from SUNY Oneonta after pivoting from a major in meteorology, and currently resides in New York’s Hudson Valley.
